BC-1 Basecoat/Clearcoat Cleaner is the first step in removing oxidation, scratches and other paint imperfections from clearcoat and conventional paint finishes. May be applied by hand, orbital buffer, or variable speed polisher. Works well with wool or foam cutting pads. VOC compliant.
